Door wouldn’t lock one night and sent Sam a message. He was here next morning and did a temp fix. Was willing to come out at 6pm in a Saturday to get the job done but I didn’t want him putting himself out like that. Turned up Monday morning and completed the job. Great service and highly recommended. Good guy also!!

I would recommend Lock & Company for repairs. We had an issue with our side door and Sam arrived at the agreed time and had the issue resolved quickly.

Sam came out at the weekend to deal with a door that was locked and we couldn’t open it. Damaged gear box which he replaced and we now have a fully functioning door again. Lovely guy, very knowledgeable, does a great job and cleans up afterwards. Would definitely recommend him

After a set of keys went missing from our salon Sam came out and changed the locks, even made our life easier by suggesting thumb turn locks instead of leaving the keys in the door. Fast and reliable.

Contacted Sam as our window lock mechanism was stuck leaving us unable to close the window. He was able to come out within a few hours of contacting him to repair the spindle and even checked the adjoining window, adjusting where required. Big thanks to Sam who came immediately to gain entry after a neighbour was locked out whilst an ill relative was in the house. Sam got the job done despite the high security locks, which most wouldn’t have even have tackled. Decent guy and very reasonably priced .

Can not thank Sam enough for helping us when we moved into our new home. Sam changed the locks on our new house and even noticed an issue with one of our door handles which we also decided to get replaced. Sam was punctual, and is super friendly! Patio doors have been getting really hard to lock. Requested help and Sam replied to my message really quickly. Arranged to visit the following day. Lock sorted by a really helpful guy. Had an absolute nightmare on Xmas eve after getting a spare key cut in timsons the day before, locked the door at night in morning the key broke in lock everywhere shutting for Xmas ! First class service. Sam was a gentleman who came out within 5 mins of contact. He is super friendly and polite and kept 2 hungover people very calm when helping us get back into our house on Boxing Day! He offered for us to sit in his Van to stay dry whilst he worked his magic!
