All works undertaken will be undertaken by Lock & Co (Glasgow) Limited as per the request of the client. Where a bona-fide sub-contractor is required, the customer will be notified in advance.
In the event that a part, lock or material is obsolete, all attempts will be made to provide and install the most suitable replacement.
All work undertaken must be paid in full at the time of completion. We accept cash, bank transfer or payment. Please note that keys will not be handed over to the client until funds have been received in full.
For commercial clients, payment is required within 30 working days (provided this has been agreed in advance).
All materials will remain the property of Lock & Co (Glasgow) Limited until paid for in full. Lock & Co (Glasgow) Limited reserve the right to remove and take back any materials that have not been paid for in full within the agreed timeframe.
In the event that you have a genuine complaint please contact Sam Lockhart via email to firstname.lastname@example.org Lock & Co (Glasgow) Limited will endeavour to repair/rectify the fault within 72 hours at no cost to the client if the fault is found to be due to a faulty part or workmanship.
All parts carry a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of installation and workmanship carries a 30-day guarantee from the date that works are completed.
Please note: A labour charge may be payable in the event that there are clear signs of misuse
