Highly recommended. Called Lock & Company this morning and were out within half an hour. (Called two local companies first and didn’t even get a response) Ronnie did an excellent job and price was less than expected as UPVC door only needed a service. I will certainly use them again .
The lock on our front door had become loose and as a result we were having difficulty closing and locking up the house. Sam arrived within 20 minutes, changed the lock and we have never had a problem since. Excellent service all round, very competitively priced and all with a smile! Sam was a fantastic help when our patio door lock broke. He was really helpful on the phone, giving helpful advice and diagnosing the problem, got back to us really quickly with a quote and was able to fit a new one within a couple of hours of our first contact. Highly recommended.
